Exercise 17: Colours into Tones - 1

For this exercise I had to take or find an image with two strong contrasting colours. Then using the Channel sliders, try to create two opposite versions of the image in black and white.

first I added a channel mixer layer to the image, then turned it into monochrome. Then I used the channel sliders to darken the berries in the image. I adjusted the red channel -4%  green channel +85% and the blue channel +30%.

 To create the opposite effect in this image. I adjusted the red channel +100% the green and blue channel I left at 0%. This light in the berries to nearly white.
